The more competent our employees, the better service we are able to provide to you the customer. Hiring an “experienced” hand and putting him in a truck on good faith is not something we are willing to risk at BHA.
BHA has an extensive competency program that our employees go through before they are ever allowed to conduct a critical process for our customers.
Next time a BHA employee shows up on your job, call the office and ask to see what training he has been put through. Our management team will be glad to show you all documented information.
